Jump up off your couch and join the CHOICE global community in yoga led by the CHOICE Nepal In-Country Director, Prateek Sharma. Anyone who has joined a CHOICE expedition to Nepal knows that yoga with Prateek is an unforgettable experience. Since we are not able to visit him in Nepal, Prateek decided to bring his yoga session to each of us in the safety of our own homes!

Prateek will be leading beginner friendly yoga with a fun Nepalese flair. Register for the event and we will send a zoom link for you and your family to join us Thursday, April 30th at 6:30PM MDT.
