• International airfare not included.
• A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due upon application to confirm your place on the trip (counts towards total fee balance).

• $50 discount per person if complete expedition fee is paid upfront with submission of application and $300 trip deposit 6 months in advance

• Student discounts available - please apply HERE! $250 off for students who fulfill certain requirements (does not stack with the group discount). Upon review and approval from CHOICE, you will receive a discount code to reduce the fee.

Galapagos Tour

An optional Galapagos tour is available after the completion of the expedition. Price is dependent on how many sign up and can range from $1,850 - $1,250 per person. This price does not include in-country flights from Quito to the Galapagos Islands. 

 Rainforest Eco Tour

An optional Eco tour is available after the completion of the expedition. Price is $600 per person. More details to come!

ARRIVAL: *Saturday, June 27* Arrive into Quito Airport (UIO) before 11:15 PM. 

DEPARTURE: *Saturday, July 4* Depart from Quito Airport (UIO) after 11:00 PM. 

Expedition + Galapagos

ARRIVAL: *Saturday, June 27* Arrive into Quito Airport (UIO) before 11:15 PM.

*Sunday, July 5* Arrive into Santa Cruz Island, GPS Airport the earliest time possible. The earlier you arrive, the more time you will have to enjoy the islands.

*Thursday, July 9* Depart from Santa Cruz Island to Quito. The latest flights from Santa Cruz arrive in Quito approx. 5:30 PM. Again, the later you leave, the more time you will have on the islands.   

DEPARTURE:  *Thursday, July 9* Depart from Quito Airport the latest time possible. Participants will be good to catch most later outbound flights, which will take place around 10:30 - 11:30 PM. 

Expedition + Eco Tour

ARRIVAL: *Saturday, June 27* Arrive into Quito Airport (UIO) before 11:15 PM. 

DEPARTURE: *Tuesday, July 7* Depart from Quito Airport (UIO) after 11:00 PM.

Be sure to check/purchase international flights as soon as possible. It is strongly recommended that all travelers arrive on the designated expedition start date and reserve personal travel for after scheduled activities. If you do arrive before the start of the expedition or stay later, please let us know where you will be staying or if you would like us to help in booking hotels.
